Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions form the participation agreement (Waiver & Release) for Quest Series events, organised by Adventure Sports, Roman Bale s.p. By completing your registration for a Quest Series event (such as Albania Quest 2027), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to all of the sections below. Your agreement is given during online registration — no separate signature or checkboxes are required on this page.

1. Acknowledgment of Risks

Participating in a Quest Series event involves inherent and significant risks, including but not limited to serious physical injury, equipment damage, loss of property, and in extreme cases, death. These risks may arise from your own actions, the actions of other participants, the nature of off-road terrain, weather conditions, mechanical failure, or unforeseeable circumstances. By registering, you accept these risks voluntarily and with full awareness.

2. Health & Fitness

You confirm that you are in good physical and mental health and fit to participate safely in a multi-day off-road motorcycle event. You are not aware of any medical condition that would prevent your safe participation. It is your responsibility to inform the Organizer of any change in your health, and to provide any relevant medical notes (allergies, conditions, medication) during registration.

3. Rules, Safety & Sustainability

You agree to follow all instructions and safety rules issued by the Organizer at all times. You will ride only on designated routes; you will not exceed your skill level; you will assist fellow team members in difficulty; you will respect nature, local communities and property; you will not consume alcohol or impairing substances during riding hours; and you will carry a mandatory first aid kit on your motorcycle at all times. Non-compliance may result in removal from the event without refund.

4. Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate in a Quest Series event, you voluntarily release, waive and discharge Adventure Sports, Roman Bale s.p., Tomaž Kotarc, and all their staff, volunteers, partners and sponsors from any and all claims arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury or death sustained by you during the event, whether caused by negligence of the Organizer or otherwise. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer.

5. Photo & Media Consent

You grant permission to the Organizer and its photographers to photograph, film and record your likeness during the event for promotional and event-related purposes — including social media, websites, print publications and partner communications — without further notice or compensation.

6. Emergency Contact

You will provide a valid emergency contact (name, relationship and phone number) during registration, and keep it up to date for the duration of the event.

7. Age & Agreement

You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you have read, understood and voluntarily agree to all sections of this Waiver & Release. This agreement is confirmed during online registration and is legally binding.

8. Payment Terms

Your place is secured with a 50% deposit at registration. The remaining balance is paid on-site at the event (for Albania Quest 2027: on the arrival day, Tuesday, June 15, 2027). Current ticket prices and options are shown on the Registration page.

9. Cancellation & Refund Conditions

Refunds of advance payments and cancellation conditions:

1. Up to 14 days after payment, but no later than 15.02.2027 – refund of the advance payment, minus transaction and processing fees (10%).
2. Cancellation until 28.02.2027 – 50% refund of the advance payment.
3. From 01.03.2027 onwards – no refund of the advance payment, except in special cases (such as illness or injury) proven by a medical certificate. In this case, we refund according to point 2.
4. In case of non-participation without cancellation, no refund is possible.
